Was ist MSM?
Bei MSM handelt es sich um eine organische Schwefelverbindung, der auch unter Methylsulfonylmethan oder Dimethylsulfon bekannt ist. Unter den Sulfonen ist MSM die einfachste Form.
MSM ist in fast allen Organismen von Pflanzen und Tieren vorhanden und ist somit auch in vielen Lebensmitteln vertreten, insbesondere proteinreichen Lebensmitteln, die einen hohen Gehalt an schwefelhaltigen Aminosäuren besitzen.
Gute Schwefelquellen sind:
- Kuhmilch
- Kaffee
- Nüsse
- Kohlgemüse wie Brokkoli und Grünkohl
- Fisch, Käse und Eier
