Docking Usage Instruction:

Please ensure your laptop USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 Type C port support DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery before purchase.

If your laptop only has USB A port, then it is INCOMPATIBLE with the USB C Docking Station.

1.All the ports except DP ports is plug and play,only DP ports need driver.

2.Connect the Charger with the docking station;

3.Plug the USB C cable into the USB C port of the dock and the USB C port of your laptop;

4.Make sure the LED light up on;

5.Connect the laptop and monitor with HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.4 cable and wait a few seconds to expand the laptop to your monitor.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

USB-C is a new standard with much versatility. As a result, compatibility information is complex. Some USB-C systems support Alt Mode video output, while others do not. Some can be powered and charged via USB-C PD, while others do not.

Please ensure your laptop USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 Type C port support DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery before purchase.

Many current USB-C systems which do support Alt Mode video output do not support charging via USB-C. Systems such as this will output video from the dock, but will still need their proprietary OEM chargers.

HOW TO GET 5K or 4K:

Only Macbook/MacBook Pro 2019 and above support DP 4K@60Hz

Only connect single DP port support 5K
HDMI monitors must support HDMI 2.0
HDMI cables must support High Speed HDMI
DP equipped monitors and DP cable must support DisplayPort 1.4.
Resolution may be limited to 2K if the display or cable do not meet the above specifications.

The host system Type C port support DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery.

Single 5K/Triple 4K Displays

The docking station's extreme connectivity is not just confined to data as it can also achieve extreme visual fidelity. Users have the option to connect triple extended 4K monitors. The versatile DisplayPort connector can be used to connect to any monitor through the use of an active DisplayPort cable/adapter.

Two DP outputs are Dual-Mode DisplayPort 1.4 ports and they are backwards compatible with previous DisplayPort specifications.HDMI output support HDMI 2.0 and are backwards compatible with previous HDMI specifications.
