Windows Display Mode and Resolutions

Mirror mode: External monitors resolution is 1920x1080 (1080P) and lower resolutions will be displayed at 60Hz. Note: Windows cannot be mirrored to three external monitors simultaneously, only one of the three external monitors can mirror the laptop.

Extend Mode-Triple Display: Windows supports triple display on 3 external monitors, and host laptop also can display the fourth screen. If the VGA port is connected, HDMI2 will be limited to 1920*1080@60Hz, but HDMI1 still supports up to 4K@30Hz.

macOS Display Mode and Resolutions

Mirror mode: HDMI1 supports resolution up to 4K@30Hz, HDMI2 supports resolution up to 2560*1440/50HZ, 1920x1080 (1080P) and lower resolutions will display at 60Hz.

Extend Mode-Triple Display: macOS supports triple display on 3 external monitors, and host laptop also can display the fourth screen. If the VGA port is connected, HDMI2 will be limited to 1920*1080@60Hz, but HDMI1 still supports up to 4K@30Hz.

Note:

USB 3.1 Gen1 only supports data transmission and does not support video transmission. Please make sure your computer has a USB 3.1 Gen2 port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode before purchasing.

3. Windows can only use displaylink software to set the resolution

4. Unplug the PD power, all ports will be disconnected automatically after 50-90s, during this period, please do not connect the power again.

5. Pls do not use a USB-C to USB adapter to connect this item to a laptop, as this may cause compatibility issues.

6. If your laptop owns an AC adapter, you'd better use the original charger directly to connect the laptop to charge, because it will provide the fastest charge speed.

7. TF and SD card slot cannot be used simultaneously.
