About Us

We are Dillon Organic, a brand focused on making delicious tasting bread that helps keep you fuller for longer, and replaces the need to reach for a high carb loaf with a healthy, keto based alternative.

What makes our products unique?

Unlike many low carb breads, we never use additives, thickeners or emulsifiers and stay away from added gluten and eggs. Instead, we use natural, plant based ingredients such as flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and psyllium husk to bind the bread together.
Keto Based Alternative

The bread is an excellent replacement for normal high carb bread, and is filling, delicious on it’s own, or as an open sandwich with savoury or sweet toppings.

You can also create your own sandwiches either fresh or toasted. We love to slice it thin and toast (sometimes double toast for extra crunch).

Great served with mashed avocado, nut butters or pretty much anything you’d add to normal bread. Enjoy!
How we get our start?

Dillon Organic is named after my son Dillon who regularly joins me in cooking for our family. I designed this keto bread to help with my autoimmune skin condition as part of following a hybrid dieting model of switching between keto and low GL diets.

The bread had the added benefit of keeping my children’s moods more stable too as they began to swap refined white bread for this new concept their dad was making!
