a. This Teleprompter could only work with cameras and smartphone and couldn't work with camcorders.
b. For camera users, if your lens isn't 49/52/55/58/62/67/72/77/82mm, then the teleprompter couldn't work with your camera.
c. For all teleprompters supported to be controlled through bluetooth (no matter of Desview or other brand), if you feel the remote control doesn't go smooth, just disable the bluetooth on the prompting device-- your phones or tablets and then reconnect the bluetooth, then everything will go well again.
