Made with delicious gluten free oats, this quick and easy cookie mix from Delicious Alchemy is both convenient and versatile, allowing you to add in your own ingredients (such as chocolate chips or raisins) to create bite-sized treats that you and your loved ones will enjoy. INGREDIENTS Gluten Free Oats (36%), Rice Flour, Muscavado Sugar, Caster Sugar, Potato Starch, Flavouring, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Ground Cinnamon, Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Calcium Sulphate), Ground Nutmeg. DIRECTIONS Cooking instructions You will need: 90g butter/ dairy free spread Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C for fan assisted ovens / Gas Mark 4. Mix product with softened butter / dairy free spread. Use your hands to form the ingredients into a dough. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Roll the dough into 10 balls and place them on a baking tray. Flatten each ball into a circle (approx. 1cm thick). Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes. Leave the cookies on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
