We've tested it on a dozen DSLR models, two dozen phones, a handful of Android-based tablets, and laptop mic inputs. When the V-Mic D3 Pro is connected to devices with a stereo microphone input, it outputs two mono tracks.	The FIRST Microphone with a Stepless Gain Control The V-Mic D3 Pro features a continuous +20dB analog gain dial. On each side of the dial, the V-Mic D3 Pro features a bump guard that prevents accidental dial rotation. The +20dB gain is added on a linear scale, allowing you to dial in just the gain you need for each.	Internal Battery Inside the V-Mic D3 Pro is a 320mAh lithium-ion battery. The runtime of the V-Mic D3 Pro is 51 hours and the standby time is 74 hours. The battery charges in just under 2 hours.


Easy Button Two-stage High-pass Filter (75/150Hz) Instead of a switch recessed into the frame that's difficult to toggle, the D3 Pro does it all with a single button on the top of the device. With two low-cut levels, the V-Mic D3 Pro is ready for even the windiest day.	Exclusive Rycote Cold Shoe Shockmount We've teamed up with Rycote to create this unique, one-of-a-kind shock mount for the camera. Our design allows you to mount the D3 Pro any way you want: front, center, back. This means you can center it over your camera for perfect balance when using a gimbal. There is a threaded female mounting point under the hot shoe so you can mount it with a friction arm and use the V-Mic D3 Pro as a plant microphone.	Auto Quick-Wake/Mic-Sleep when Turning on/off the Recording Device The D3 microphone is ready for use in standby mode after inserting the battery and automatically switches to run mode when the camera or device is switched on. If the recording device is switched off, the D3 pro will automatically switch off after 15 minutes of standby to save power
