How Do You Use Date Lady Date Sugar Scatter on scones, stir in oatmeal with toasted nuts and cranberries. Use as sugar substitute in baked goods. Mix with cinnamon and sprinkle on toast!	Bake your favorite foods using only a natural sweetener. Because it is only ground dates, it absorbs more liquid so you'll want to increase liquids or decrease dry ingredients.	Contains nutrients, electrolytes and antioxidants. A whole food sweetener with no additives or preservatives. Start by slowly adding to recipes to cut back on brown and white sugar.

Date Lady Pecan Fudge Brownies Recipe

Pre-heat 350°F. Prepare 9×9 pan with butter. Mix Date Sugar, cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder. In separate bowl, whisk eggs. Add Date Syrup and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Whisk in melted butter. Add dry ingredients to wet, plus 1 cup of pecans. Mix. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining pecans on top, press in lightly. Bake 13-15 more minutes.
