1. Charging intermittently does not work properly, probably due to poor contact between the charging cable and the phone.

2. Why is the phone charging, but the power no change or becomes less?
(1) The charger output is abnormal, the current becomes smaller, and the charging amount cannot offset the power consumption of the phone, which will lead to the situation that the charging becomes less and less. Need to check whether the charger is damaged and change it.
(2) No use with OnePlus original charger or Connecting the USB C port of the computer/laptop to charge the phone, and the phone is running high energy consumption applications, such as games, while charging, will cause the power consumed to be more than the actual power charged, and it will slowly run out of power. Because the charging current of the computer port is very small. It is recommended to use the original charger for charging, and not to use the phone while charging, which will make the phone charging slower and less safe.
