Q1: How to enable dashcam 24-hour parking monitor function?
A1: The parking monitoring function needs to be connected with a wired kit (not included). This is what we offer in view of customer needs, if you want to implement this feature, just provide the order number to the accessories department.
Q2: Dashcam APP (JarvisCam APP) can't connect to WiFi? Why can't I watch the live video on the APP?
A2: If you can't connect to the dash cam's WiFi or watch the live broadcast, please disable VPN, Bluetooth, cellular data, security software and anti-virus APP on your cellphone. And authorize photo album app, location, wifi and cellular data.
Q3: Does the car battery run out if the dashcam light stays on after parking?
A3: The reason could be that the dashcam still needs to reserve a small amount of power to save the last file before shutting down, it could also be the vehicle's power system. Please monitor the car battery charge level within 12 hours after turning off the vehicle to prevent the car battery from being drained. We can offer you a related wired kit to avoid the risk of draining the car battery.
Q4: How to format the SD card?
You can connect to the APP via WiFi, enter the APP and select camera settings, then click format. Or format the memory card on your computer.
