The Sausage Story

It all began in 1988 when Dan began selling summer sausages door to door out of his '74 Dodge Dart. At the time, his main clients were local businesses; he would walk in and say, "Hi, I'm Dan the Sausageman". They would laugh, he would sell, and Dan the Sausageman was born. It's been over 34 years since he started his route, and a lot has changed since then, but Dan's commitment to creating a quality product, and offering great customer assistance has remained intact.


Secret Sausage Recipe We've been in the summer sausage business for 34 years. During that time, we have maintained our secret recipe so you can enjoy the same great flavor year after year.	Family Owned & Operated As a small family business, we all wear many hats. Each box that goes out is a representation of who we are and what we do.	Thoughtful Packaging Each gift is thoughtfully wrapped and packaged. Maybe it's a paint can, maybe it's a pine box! However it arrives, it will be hand packed with care and precision.
