Glacé peel, which is made from the rind of oranges, lemons, and grapefruits, goes through the same process as glacé fruit. Glacé peel is a by-product in the manufacturing of fruit juices, and is sold as candied lemon or orange peel, or mixed candied peel. To glace the mixed peel the fruit is placed in a heated sugar syrup solution, which absorbs the moisture and will eventually preserve the fruit, for days and sometimes weeks. INGREDIENTS Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid (E330)

Characteristic orange and lemon citrus flavour, free from taints and off flavours. Soft, slightly chewy, no hard bits. Orange Yellow Cubes with size of 6 x 6mm (single cut) or 4 x 4 mm (double cut). 6 x 6mm Single Cut 4 x 4mm Double Cut. Light orange and yellow cubes of orange and lemon peel are produced from mature fruit which have been processed in sucrose glucose syrup under hygienic condition and free from extraneous matter.
