Receive your custom insoles How to make Your Footprint: Step 1: Place the impression box on hard surface and place a chair next to the box so it can be used as support. Step 2: For the right foot place your left foot on the floor next to the box and center your right foot on the foam. Step 3: Press your hell into the foam until you feel the bottom of the box. Gently tilt your body weight forward to press in the toes. Gently lift your foot up and out of the box. Make sure to avoid any unnecessary movement in the box. Step 4: For the left foot move the box to your left. Place your right foot on the floor next to the box, center your left foot on the foam and repeat the previous step (step 3). Note: Follow the instructions on the back of the box and send the impression kit back to us.
