Extra natives Olivenöl aus Kreta

Dieses extra native Olivenöl wird aus der Olivensorte Koroneiki gewonnen. Die Koroneiki Oliven definieren sich durch einen äußerst milden Geschmack. Druch das langsame Pressen der Oliven läuft bei der "ersten Pressung" das dickflüssige Jungfern-Öl ab. Der Vorgang erfolgt ohne Anwendung von Wärme und ist somit eine schonende Kaltpressung. Durch diese Kaltpressung erhält dieses extra native Olivenöl sein außergewöhnliches Aroma.

Auf den kargen Böden Kretas gedeihen im Westen der Insel die einzigartigen Koroneiki-Oliven. Sie sind klein, schwarz und aromatisch. Das Verhältnis von Fruchtfleisch und Kern beträgt 1:1. Ihr reines Öl schmeckt kräftig und dennoch mild, denn es hat nur einen außerordentlich geringen Säuregehalt.
