Our Ghost Pepper & Mango Sauce is made with the famous Indian Ghost Pepper, also known as Bhut Jolokia or Naga chili. The heat of this sauce may test the limits of the unexperienced spicy eater, but the flavour rewards with an unmistakable and wonderfully fruity aroma of the chili, which is paired with ripe mangos and cumin.

This deliciously fruity hot sauce with an Indian influence is perfect with rice dishes, curry, grilled vegetables and crunchy fried food.

Our Trinidad Scorpion & Clementine Sauce is made with one of the world's hottest chilis; the Trinidad Scorpion Moruga. this chili has a characteristic slow building but intense heat, and also a delicious fruity sweet aroma, which is amplified by the fresh clementines. For most chili novices it may be a step over the line, but for the experienced hot head it provides a pleasant and exciting sting.

For a nice scorpion kick mix some sauce into rice dischesm pasta or stews. But if you want the full effect try a full tablespoon directly on a burger or sandwich.
