Can't find the dongle's Bluetooth or WiFi?

Please make sure the wireless CarPaly adapter is powered on and the Bluetooth is on. Bluetooth plays a pairing role in the work of the dongle. Ater the pairing is complete, only wifi is needed to confinue working.

Keep disconnecting?

The wireless carplay adapter relies on the WiFi connection to the phone to work. Lost connection are usualy caused by wifi interference. Turn off any other wireless devices in the car and try again.

Can the adapter be paired with multiple phones?

The carplay wireless adapter can be paired with multiple Phones, but only one device can be connected at a time. if you want to pair it with a new iPhone, please cancel the current connecfion first.

Can't reconnect automatically?

"1). On some cars, we need to select ""Auto-connect"" in the CarPlay settings to use the dongle's auto-connect function.

2). Try to upgrade the firmware."

When the mobile phone plays a video, the audio and video are out of sync?

Even with the orioinal wireless CarPlay in the car, there wil be audio delays when watching videos. Because video transcoding is more complex than audio and takes longer to process. This is a normal issue with Wireless CarPlay, not the adapter.

A:What is the password to connect to WiFi?

Q:What we need to connect is Bluetooth not WiFi. Note: Bluetooth plays a pairing role in the work of the dongle. Ater the pairing is complete, only wifi is needed to confinue working. so it doesn't mater to tun off the bluetooth. But the next fime you use it, you still need to turn on Bluetooth to let the dongle pair and connect automatically.

A:The light on the wireless carplay adapter stays on when the car is turned off?

Q:Because the car does not cut off all power immediately when it is tumed of. the dongle's ight wil not go out immediately, but it wil take a while. Rest assured, it consumes so little power that it won't drain your car battery.

A:Calls rejected or diverted to voicemail.

Q:1).Please check your phone's Bluetooth to see if it is connected to another device. If so, ignore other automaficaly connected Bluetooth devices or simply turn off Bluetooth. 2). Clear the programs running in the backaround of the phone when using the dongle.

A:Audio delay or sound quality issues (not including audio delay during video playback) ?

Q:Modify the "Audio Streaming Mode" ------ 1) Enter the donale settina interface. 2) Find "Audio streaming mode". There are 4 modes available Default - a fixed setting suitable for most car models, Mode 1 -- fixed setting for some car models; Mode 2 - Adaptive setting based on car parameters; Mode 3 -- Unmodified car audio output settings. In general, we recommend using the default mode and mode 2. You can also try other modes for best results. 3) Please restart the phone before using the dongle again. 4). If this method does not work, please restore the "Audio Streaming Mode" to "Default" and try to upgrade the dongle.

A:When pairing, CarPlay does not start or the device is not compatible/cannorecognize the USB?

Q:Modify the "Delayed Start" mode ------- 1) Enter the dongle setting interface. 2) Find "Delay Start" . Change the mode from "Default" to "Mode 1". 3) Please restart the phone before using the dongle again. 4) If this method does not work, please restore the "Delayed Startup" mode to "Defauit", and then try to upgrade the dongle.
