Warm or cold salt tops are an ancient home remedy wherever warmth or cold is good.The salt pillow can be used again and again and should be ventilated in the sun from time to time. Application Warm compress: Heat the salt pillow in the oven at approx. 60 to 70 degrees Celsius, then place it on the corresponding area and let it work for at least 20 minutes. Cold compress: Cool the salt pillow for about half an hour in the freezer, place on the point in question and let work for at least 20 minutes. Protect from moisture!
