Power on

Press and hold the Fn+Insert button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. (F1, F2, F3, F4 key lights flashing or F4 key lights constantly on indicate that the machine has been turned on)

The F4 key light is a 2.4G indicator light. If a 2.4G receiver is inserted into the computer, press Fn+F4 to enter 2.4G mode after turning on the computer, and the F4 key light remains on; If not inserted, the F4 key light flashes.

Device Connection

After turning on the device, search for the Bluetooth keyboard on the device that needs to be connected. The Bluetooth keyboard name found by the device is "Varmilo VD-1" (the name found by F2 channel is Varmilo VD-2, and the name found by F3 channel is Varmilo VD-3).

The first pairing requires entering a password and pressing Enter to confirm. After successful pairing, the F1 key light remains on, saving the Bluetooth device. (F2 and F3 are similar).

After inserting the 2.4G receiver into the computer, press Fn+F4 to switch to 2.4G mode. After successful connection, the F4 key light remains on.

Memory function: If a device has been connected before, directly connect to the last connected device after turning on the device (Bluetooth transmission time is 3 minutes, if no device is connected within the time, the keyboard will automatically enter sleep mode; if no computer signal is detected in the 2.4G state, the F4 light will flash 10 times before entering sleep).

Shutdown

In Bluetooth or 2.4G mode, press and hold the Fn+Insert button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

In the shutdown state, insert the USB cable to enter wired mode input.

Bluetooth/2.4G to wired

In Bluetooth mode or 2.4G mode, insert a USB cable and press Fn+Delete to switch to wired mode. At this time, the F1, F2, F3 keys Bluetooth indicator light or F4 key 2.4G indicator light will turn off.

Device switching

In wired mode, press Fn+Delete to connect to the previously paired Bluetooth/2.4G device. If no device has been connected in the previous time, the indicator light (F1, F2, F3, or F4) flashes to enter pairing mode.

In wired mode, press Fn+F1~F4 to quickly switch to the Bluetooth/2.4G device of the corresponding channel. If the corresponding channel has not been connected to a Bluetooth/2.4G device, the key position light will flash and enter the pairing mode of the corresponding key position (the same applies in Bluetooth/2.4G status).

In wired mode, unplug the data cable and automatically switch to Bluetooth/2.4G mode to connect (connect to the latest Bluetooth or 2.4G device)

System compatibility

Bluetooth mode is only compatible with Win 8, Win10, and Mac OS (special key values are not fully compatible) (devices with built-in or external Bluetooth are 4.0 and above)

Power saving mode

Fn+1, press and hold for 5 seconds, the Capslock light will flash three times, and set the keyboard not to be used for 5 minutes before entering power-saving mode.

Fn+2, press and hold for 5 seconds, the Capslock light will flash three times, and set the keyboard not to be used for 30 minutes before entering power-saving mode.

Fn+3, press and hold for 5 seconds, the Capslock light flashes three times, and set the keyboard not to enter power saving mode.

Repair

Press and hold the Fn+F1~F3 keys for 5 seconds (current corresponding channel) to disconnect the current Bluetooth device connection, re-enter pairing mode, and wait for the connection with the new Bluetooth device.

Low battery prompt

The Esc light flashes to indicate that the keyboard battery is low and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.

Multimedia features

The Amilo keyboard has rich multimedia functions, which can be achieved by pressing and holding Fn and corresponding buttons.

Restore factory settings

Press and hold the Fn+Esc key for 5 seconds, and CapsLock will flash three times to restore the factory settings.

Other functions

Fn+Right Ctrl are the menu keys for the current window.

Short press the Fn+Win key to lock or unlock the Win key.

Press and hold the Fn+Left Win key for 3 seconds, the CapsLock light will flash three times, and the Fn and Left Win key functions will switch.

Press and hold the Fn+left Ctr key for 3 seconds, the CapsLock light will flash three times, and the Capslock and left Cr key functions will switch.

Wireless status with six buttons without impulse; The default wired mode is six key no charge. Press and hold the Fn+S keys for 5 seconds (the CapsLock light flashes three times) to switch to full key no charge.
