Demi-Glace concentrate is easy-to-prepare. It takes only 5 minutes from start to finish for a delicious scratch-quality sauce. Whisk 3 tsp of Demi-Glace into 1 cup of cold water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes. Demi-Glace is a "mother sauce". For variations, add Cook's Delight Beef Base and create a brown sauce. Make your own signature creation by adding other ingredients, such as, mushrooms, herbs or red wine.
