The Terre Antiche turchese pan from Colì company is a large saucepan, with a traditional look that is inspired by an alternative and creative cuisine. Entirely produced in terracotta, the turquoise terre antiche pan is ideal for cooking, but also serving traditional dishes directly to the table that need a slow cooking. The turquoise terre antiche pan is completely enamelled with timeless colours, the company Colì has chosen for the interior to leave the natural colour of the terracotta while for the exterior it has combined the sweetness of the turquoise color. Like all Colì products, the enamels and colours used are apiombic, therefore guaranteed for food use, also can be used on stoves, in the oven and in the microwave. The first time you use it, soak the pan in cold water for about 12 hours.

Ideal for cooking dishes that require slow and homogeneous cooking, the terracotta pan enhances the taste respecting the organoleptic properties of food.
