Our story

How we got our start

Nick and I decided to stop dreaming about starting a coffee company together and that 2018 was the year to make it happen. We spent the next 12 months honing our craft, sampling hundreds of coffee from countless suppliers, and working through our potential offerings. In 2019, we launched on Amazon!

What makes our product unique

From the start and throughout this entire journey, we knew the cornerstone to our coffee program would be quality, consistency, and freshness. We also roast in small batch sizes that allowed us to control the roast and develop the coffee to remove any bitterness or charred taste.

Expertly Roasted Our coffee is roasted by hand and using the latest software and technology to ensure even and consistent roast profiles each time. Nick, our roaster, is always making improvements to our roasts and our green coffee sourcing to provide unmatched quality and taste across all our offerings.	Always Fresh To help lock in freshness, we pack all our light roast coffee immediately after roasting and remove all oxygen from the bags. We send Amazon small batches each week, so they have the freshest coffee in their warehouse.	Small Batch Coffee Roasters With small-batch roasting, we're able to precisely reproduce the same flavor profiles in each roast over and over again ensuring that every time you order, you're getting the same high quality, perfectly roasted coffee that you enjoy. This is an extremely flavorful and impressive coffee with taste notes that resemble Honey, Citrus Fruit, and florals with a crisp, clean, and silky body. We have found that our Light Roast makes an incredible espresso or an equally delicious, and bright drip coffee.
