How to set up this 2.4Ghz indoor security camera?
1.Install “COCOCAM” app from App Store or Google Play.
2.Power on the camera, press the reset button until you hear a prompt tone.
3.Open the COCOCAM app, add a battery camera device, connect your 2.4Ghz wifi and follow the instructions.
Why can't I connect this camera to my wifi?
Please ensure that your phone is connected to 2.4GHZ wifi and the network is good;
Ensure that the entered wifi password is correct;
Reset the camera again, and then connect to the network.
If you still cannot connect, please send us a word.
Does it work also with 5g WiFi ?
Only works with 2.4Ghz wifi, so pls turn on the 2.4GHz band of your Router and make sure that you have connect to it successfully.
How to store the videos?
This Camera has 7 days of free Cloud storage JUST FOR TRIAL, please renew it after expiration for an extra fee, or you can purchase a SD card for local storage.
Why can't I receive notifications on my phone?
Please turn on the camera message notifications;
Adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection;
