Application step by step


1. crotch Preparation of the natural nail Before applying CND Shellac, the natural nail must be prepared accordingly. For this purpose, a very simple manicure is enough, in which the nails are brought into the desired shape and the cuticles are removed. Before applying, it is essential to degrease the nail with CND Scrubfresh, because only on a grease-free surface CND Shellac can last for at least 14 days.	2. crotch Apply the CND Shellac base coat The CND shellac base coat, or base coat, is applied thinly to the degreased nail and cured for 10 seconds in the CND LED lamp. It is important that the nail tip is also coated with the base coat.	Step 3 Apply the CND Shellac colour coat The third step is to apply the CND Shellac colour coat. To achieve an optimal colour result, the bottle should be shaken vigorously before use. The colour coat is also applied in a very thin layer, with proper application, this layer is still slightly transparent. IMPORTANT: The nail tip must be sealed When the CND Shellac colour coat is applied to all 5 fingernails, one minute is cured in the CND LED lamp. Then another layer of the colour coat follows. This second colour application now has full coverage. The second layer of the colour coat now cures again for 1 minute in the CND LED lamp.	4. crotch Apply the CND top coat The CND Shellac top coat is used to finish the CND Shellac manicure. This layer is also applied very thinly again and then the nail tip is sealed with it. The top coat is also cured for just one minute in the CND LED lamp. This final painting with the CND Shellac top coat creates the so-called dispersion layer when curing. This film can be easily removed with a lint-free pad soaked in UV nail polish cleaner. For final care, CND SolarOil should be applied to the nail and surrounding skin tissue.

Removal made easy


Removing shellac is easy and absolutely gentle on the natural nail. There are the practical CND Shellac Remover Wraps, and the gentle CND Offly Fast Remover.	The shellac remover wraps have been specially developed to remove the shellac paint quickly and efficiently. Due to the integrated cotton pad, the remover can act specifically on the fingernail.	After 5 minutes of exposure time, the remover wraps are removed from the finger with a slight rotating movement and any residue is easily removed with a wooden stick. The removal time is extended when using the Top Coats Original and Top Coats Duraforce.	CND Nail Oil Solar Oil nourishes your nails and cuticles during and after a shellac varnish. Thanks to its light, natural oils and vitamin E, it protects with skin and nails. Cell damage is prevented by the jojoba oil, which transports the vitamin E deep into the skin.
