Our Fairtrade Organic Swiss Water Peruvian Decaf combines notes of peanut and chocolate with hints of mild citrus fruits. The roast utilises Swiss Water Process decaffeination, a premium option that removes 99.9% of caffeine in a gentle, 100% chemical free way. The beans are grown in the northern regions by the Cenfrocafe cooperative. The Fairtrade programme has made a huge difference to the area, allowing the community to build their own processing plant and storage warehouses, fund social development programmes and transition to organic production.
