The blend is made up of 100% Fairtrade Certified Arabica Beans from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia Sidamo and Sumatra. The Brazilian and Colombian beans give the roast a rich crema and well rounded flavour. A hit of citrus fruit is added by our high grown arabica from Ethiopia Sidamo. The mix is then rounded off with our Sumatran arabica which provides a beautiful body. We’ve worked tirelessly to ensure our beans are of the highest quality, as well as being sourced ethically and sustainably. [ROAST GUIDE] - We roast in weekly batches for maximum freshness and taste. The roast profile is medium dark. [ORIGIN & TRACEABILITY] - The blend is made from a balanced mix of natural and washed single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia + Sumatra. Grown at 1000-2200 meters. 100% Arabica. [TASTING NOTES] - Roasted almonds & cocoa with a lovely touch of fruity acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. The roast is perfect for espresso brewing and complements both black and milk based drinks.
