The blend is made up of Fairtrade Certified Arabica and Robusta Beans from the COOCAFE cooperative in Brazil. The cooperative is located between the forest regions of Minas Gerais and the mountainous regions of Espírito Santo state. The landscape differs from the traditional coffee growing regions, as higher altitude farms are located on rolling hills and partially shaded by native tree species. [ROAST GUIDE] - We roast in weekly batches for maximum freshness and taste. The roast profile is medium dark. [ORIGIN & TRACEABILITY] - Natural Process - Sun And Mechanical Drying. Grown at 800 - 1300 meters. 50% Arabica / 50% Robusta. Sourced from the Minas Gerias (COOCAFE) region of Brazil. [A STRONG AND BOLD BLEND] - The blend is roasted to a medium dark profile and includes 50% Robusta beans, which give the roast a feeling of strength and an elevated caffeine content. The 50% Arabica beans provide a nice touch of acidity to balance out the blend. [TASTING NOTES] - Nuts, Caramel & Dark Chocolate.
