To correctly use this product, please ready and comply with the following safety instructions.

This product is not waterproof. Before using the product, make sure your hands are dry to avoid any fluid from getting into the product, otherwise it may damage the instrument.
Please do not excessively extract a skin area as it may lead to bruising and swelling. It is recommended not to keep operating the product on one area for more than 3 secs and the duration of each treatment to not exceed 5 mins.

This product may not be also used on skin areas with open wounds, acne, or papules and to areas that have undergone cosmetic surgery or are inflamed, itchy and red. Redness may occur following the treatment especially for those with sensitive skin. This is normal and usually fades away naturally within an hour.
If there is an existing skin problem, please consult your doctor first before using the product.
Continuous use may sometimes cause the product to heat. This is not a product failure, and unit may be used without any problem.
Keep the product out of children's reach. Improper use may cause accidents or damage.
Discontinue use if the product is damaged.

1. Why are the blackheads cannot be extracted

To achieve best results, it is highly recommended to wash the face with warm water and/or do hot compress. If available, facial steamer may be used to effectively expand the pores.

Please try a lower level of suction force or select a smaller nozzle/suction tip.
