It is best to use Cleanfoods coconut oil! Refreshed Varieties: Mix 100ml water with 2 scoops of pancake mix in a bowl. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown. Again, you can use the Cleanfoods coconut oil for baking. Warning: Glucomannan powder (konjac) should always be taken with sufficient water to ensure it reaches the stomach.
