Made with raspberries, lime juice and Pasilla chillies, this is a vibrant, mild and fruity sauce designed to compliment your sweet treats and puddings. In our opinion it's best served over ice cream or with vanilla cheesecake. Add to an Eton Mess, or drizzle over a meringue. It even works well over a feta salad.
