Chill out - gel eye mask - panda DIRECTIONS 1. Adjust the elastic to ensure a perfect fit. 2. Place the mask over your eyes, making sure it blocks out all the light without putting excessive pressure on your eyes. 3. For the hot effect, microwave on a rotating plate to 500-600W for max 10s. Remove the mask from the microwave, if necessary heat it again at 5s intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed 30s. Allow the mask to cool before use if too hot. For cold relief, keep the mask in the freezer 1-2 hours. Make sure the beads inside are soft, not frozen. Use on the gel side for a more intense effect, for lighter relief rest the fluffy side on the eyes.
