Pao de quiejo, or cheese balls are a delicious food enjoyed in Brazil made from cassava. They are moist and chewy and very very cheesy! This mix it to be used to produce around 35 cheese balls. Unlike regular bread, cheese bread needs no proving and can be prepared and cooked in as little as half an hour

To Prepare: In a large bowl, empty the contents of the packet and add 200g grated cheese, 4 eggs, 250ml water, 100ml oil, 15g salt. Mix until it comes together as a dough and knead for 5 minutes. The dough will become smooth, then divide into small balls, around 35 in total. Make into 15 small round balls and bake for 10 mins until just cooked but still soft. Easy freshly baked bread with only a few minutes prep. Great accompaniment with any dish or great as a snack or starter. Traditional taste of Brazil! Gluten Free. 500g mix, makes 35 cheese balls.
