A hybrid, waterproof kohl eyeliner pencil.
What it does:
This long-lasting formula combines the silky application of a liquid liner with the sultry, smudgy texture of kohl. Blend it with a brush for a smokier look. Crushed pearl powder is great for supporting natural collagen production to hydrate your skin and smooth the surface of the eyelid, making it easy to achieve an impeccable, clean line. This waterproof formula lasts up to 14 hours.
