FAQs

Q: Why my hard drive can't be connected to PC ?

A: If your external hard drive dose not appear as disk in “My PC”, you need to format it and create a new partition to use it. Please back up your hard drive before you format it, or you will lose the data and can't recover them.

Q: How to Set the RAID ?

A: Power off the enclosure > Set the RAID mode you want > Tap reset button and hold on > Power on the HDD enclosure, then release the reset button after 5 seconds > RAID setting is successful when the corresponding RIAD name appears in “ Disk Drive".
