3-element Kellner design This classic astronomical eyepiece features the very popular Kellner optical design. Inside, three glass elements perfect the image, each one fully multi-coated with high transmission coatings for brighter views.	56° field of view E-lux’s wide, 56° apparent field of view allows you to see larger swaths of the night sky at once. It’s great for viewing large deep sky objects such as nebulae or close conjunctions of two celestial objects.	The perfect amount of magnification With a focal length of 40mm, this eyepiece offers low-power magnification for more stable views, less susceptible to atmospheric turbulence. You’ll love it for observing a huge variety of celestial objects.


Compatible with 2” focusers & accessories The 2” mounting barrel is internally threaded to accept 2” filters and adapters. It is also compatible with 2” star diagonals, focusers.	Eyeglass-friendly Exceptional 36mm eye relief makes E-lux easy to use for eyeglass wearers. To view through the eyepiece with your glasses on, simply fold down the rubber eyeguard to ensure the proper positioning of the eyes.	Quality aluminum housing The eyepiece’s main housing is machined from high grade aluminum with a black anodized surface that minimizes internal reflections and blocks out stray light.	Rubber grip ring The rubber grip ring allows for non-slip handling, even if you have gloves on.
