Casas de Hulado was founded by Mr. Francisco Riberas (a very popular local executive) in 1986. He acquired the country estate called La Ventilla, which is located in the municipality of El Carpio de Tajo (Toledo) in order to begin his journey in the agricultural business. Ten years later, some 300,000 olive trees have been planted thanks to the good weather conditions and the efforts of his workers. In addition, a great investment in technological advances has been carried out in order to obtain high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils for everyone. As for the production of the final products, they are made only with their own olives, raw materials that are extracted from their olive groves in Castilla-La Mancha and are selected at the optimum moment of ripeness. These are first extraction oils. We present the product "Reserva de Familia", a Coupage that is made by milling small batches of olives from the best plots of the Hualdo estate of the four varieties of olive tree: Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra and Manzanilla. Each variety is harvested separately, on different days for the occasion. Later, special tastings are held in order to get the best that each variety can contribute to the whole.
