HOW TO USE PLATINUM BLACK WRIST BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR


Sit comfortably for about five minutes before starting the reading. Put the cuff around your wrist snugly, with the display on the inside of your wrist.	Rest your arm over your chest and press the power button to start reading. Relax and avoid talking while the reading is ongoing.	Wait a couple of minutes between readings as your blood pressure will momentarily rise after each reading. Give yourself time to let your true blood pressure recover.

HOW TO SET OR CALIBRATE THE MONITOR


With the monitor powered off, hold the S key for several seconds (5-6 seconds) until the year starts blinking.	Press the S key again six times until the 0 shows up.	Press the M key either once or twice until it says mmHg underneath the 0 (not 0.0 with kPa underneath).	Press the S key and it should say "Done."
