Dont forget to use burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers. Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger. Shape the burgers by hand or use a press for a professional look!. Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative!. This will make 5kg of burgers.
