How to use Carplay?

1)Wireless Carplay Connection

1.Turn on the WiFi switch on your cell phone and radio.

2. Turn on Bluetooth - click search device - in the pop-up window enter the PIN(0000).

3.Turn on Carlink 2.0 , CarPlay will auto connect.

2) Wired Carplay Connection

1. Connect you iPhone with 4pin USB.

2. Turn on Carlink 2.0 App, CarPlay will auto connect.

This operation requires only a data cable connection and no Bluetooth connection.

3)Android Auto

1: Please download Android Auto app on your phone.

2: Turn on Carlink 2.0 App, open the Android Auto app on your phone, then connect your phone to the radio with a 4pin USB.

Two ways to change the wallpaper.

Method 1.

Long press the blank space on the home page of the screen to bring up the wallpaper settings, select the wallpaper and confirm.

Method 2.

Copy your favorite photo to the file manager, find the photo, open it, and set it as wallpaper.

We recommend that you connect all the plugs to the radio unit before you install it and then connect the plugs to the vehicle plugs, this will make your job easier.

Please Note:This product does not include the rear media adapter, some customers have found the adapter on Amazon and have had success getting the rear entertainment screen to work, some have not, please chat with me through Amazon and I can provide information on this item.

Due to the fact that there are more versions of Escalade trucks with different adapters for the stock camera, we only provide one adapter, and if you encounter a situation where the stock camera doesn't work, we provide an additional AHD back-up camera in the package that is clearer than the stock camera.

In some case Radio may not match to factory camera ,we have an AHD camera in the package for you.

We suggest keep GPS antenna in glove box instead of behind dashboard to get better signal.
