1. Why no Audio? / Why FM Radio has audio but Bluetooth and Carplay does not get audio?

• If your car is with Power Amplifier, please find the power cable of the Amplifier to connect with the 12V ACC wire (red) of car stereoD

1. Please check the Voltage of car radio: 12V
2. Please must connect the two small white pins of power cable. If your car is dual AC, please use your original AC plugs to the green rear ports of car radio; If your car is Singel AC, please use the green power cable coming from the package to connect the green rear ports of car radio.
3. Please must use our power cables to connect our car radio. If missing any parts, please keep the package photos and find Seller Center, our team will handle it as soon as possible.
