Callebaut's Finest Belgian White Chocolate is made with 100 pure cocoa butter, a selection of premium milk powders, fine sugar and a touch of pure Bourbon vanilla. With a balanced, creamy milk taste, this chocolate is ideal for hollow shells, moulding, decorating, fillings ganaches. Take your chocolate creations to the next level of taste and intensity. These chocolate callets (ie. chocolate chips) are made by Callebaut, the famed chocolate producer. The Callebaut brand is preferred by professionals and is a higher quality chocolate than standard consumer brands found at the grocery store. Note: Due to high temperatures or high humidity, chocolate products may melt during shipment. We only ship chocolate during fall winter spring months when the temperature is cooler. However, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt during the shipping process. Chocolate that has encountered melting will appear dull coloured or may have greyish white streaks and dots. This is known as 'bloom' and indicates that the cocoa butter is separating from the chocolate and is rising to the surface.
