Veggie Pizza

Ingredients: 1 Plant-Based Pizza Crust, ¼ cup vegan cheese, pinch of sea salt, 6 garlic gloves (chopped), ¼ cup fresh bell pepper (chopped), ¼ cup mushrooms (chopped), ¼ cup fresh olives (sliced), ¼ cup fresh kale (chopped), Handful of fresh parsley (chopped). Prepare Pizza Crust: Pre-bake the Cali'flour Crust in an oven at 400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Assemble Pizza: Once cooked, top with vegan cheese (evenly spread onto crust), salt, garlic, pepper, mushrooms, fresh olive and kale. Cook for 10 minutes or until your crust goes a beautiful golden color around the edges.

Vegan Dessert Tacos

Ingredients: 2 Plain Plant-Based Crusts, c sugar, 2 t cinnamon, 4 chopped apples, 1 ½ T vegan butter, 3 T coconut sugar, 1 t lemon juice. 1 t cinnamon, 1 t arrowroot or cornstarch, c water, 14 oz full-fat coconut milk,¼ c powdered sugarer, 2 T monk fruit sweetener, 1 t vanilla sugar Prepare Taco Shells: Using 4" round cookie cutter, cut out "taco shells" from semi-thawed crusts (3 rounds/crust). Bake crusts cradled in inverted muffin pan for 12-14 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and let cool. Assemble: Sauté chopped apples, lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Add about ¼ cup of water and let cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes. Add 1 t of thickener into remaining water. Cook until liquid has reduced and apples are soft. Beat chilled coconut cream from the can for 30 seconds until creamy, add vanilla & powdered sugar. Mix until smooth, about one minute. Fill each taco with warm apple pie mixture and top with coconut whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.

Plant Based Quesadilla

Ingredients: 2 Plant-Based Crusts, 1/2 c refried beans,1 tomato (diced), 1/2 c fresh corn, 1/4 c olives, 1/2 vegan shredded cheese, dash of salt & pepper, a handful cilantro (chopped), half an avocado (sliced) Prepare Pizza Crust: Pre-bake the crust in an oven at 400 on a vented pizza pan for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool of 10 minutes. Assemble: To one half, begin adding all your favorite toppings. For ours, we added refried beans, corn, tomato, olives and vegan cheese. Place the other half of the crust onto the crust with the toppings and cook in the oven at 400F for 7-8 minutes or until perfectly melty and warm. Carefully remove from the oven and enjoy with fresh cilantro, a light dash of lime, salsa and fresh avocado!

Strawberry Honey Pie

Ingredients: 1 Plain Plant-Based Cali'flour Crust, ¼ c cashew cream cheese, at room temperature (*see recipe), c sliced strawberries, 2 t slivered almonds, 2 t honey Prepare Pizza Crust: Pre-bake the crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes. Prepare Pie:

On prepared crust, add cashew cream cheese and spread to edge to cover crust. Add strawberries, almonds, and drizzle honey. Serve and enjoy!
