If the boom mic is unplugged, can people hear me on the phone?

Yes. There's a microphone placed on the in-line control. It will work when the boom mic is unplugged.

How can I mute the boom mic and in-line microphone?

You can press and hold the central button on the in-line control to mute the microphones. To unmute the mic, please release the central button.

Can I put it on left ear?

Sorry, you cannot use this earbud on left ear, it is only for right-ear wearing.

If people cannot hear me well, how to adjust the input volume of the microphone?

For Win 10: “Start”->“Settings"->"System”->select “Sound” in the side bar -> choose“Microphone (USB2.0 Device)” as input device -> click “Device Properties”-> move the volume slider to 100.

You can do similar settings on other systems & Apps.
