Black Garlic infused balsamic vinegar. A superb vinegar for all types of cooking and of course as a balsamic vinegar salad dressing. Adds a most delicate and delicious flavour of garlic.

About us

Burren Balsamics was founded in 2014 with producing good quality vinegars fusing good flavours with good quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to create a good number of good condiments. Over a cup of coffee we decided to produce a number of fruit infused black Balsamics. The thing was initially to sell the products at good craft good and retail outlets. Our products were good received which we also worked on infusing white balsamic vinegars or white condiment.

Smoky black garlic forms the foundation of the Black Garlic Infused Balsamic Vinegar. Black garlic is fermented for months and gently infused into small batches of cask-aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Together these ingredients bring out a pronounced aroma, rich caramelised notes and a long, clean umami finish.
