British Cotswold Wildflower Honey

A light, delicate honey gathered by our happy honeybees in the summer meadows and fields of the Cotswolds. Notes of wild rose, bramble, elder and lime flower.

Packed with pollen rich nutrients and the closest to an all natural product that you will find, our raw wildflower honey is removed from the honeycomb and strained to eliminate wings, stings and other contaminants, producing a pure mixture of antioxidants and other essential nutrients.

Our Story

From love at first sight in 2009, both Viktor & Lucy knew their stars were aligned. However, there was always another love and passion that inevitably came together: bees.

Crystallisation (where liquid honey granulates and becomes cloudy) is a natural process of unprocessed "raw" honey. This does not affect the flavour of the honey and it can still be used in this state. If you want to return it to a more liquid state though, you can place it on top of a radiator or in a warm water bath, just don't let it get too hot or it can affect the flavour. To prevent crystallisation store the honey in a warm location. Nectar from multiple sources including wild rose, elder, lime flower and other seasonal flowers.
