Brisbane Espresso is a single origin from Sancoffee, Brazil (pulped natural process). All 80 Stone coffee is speciality grade and 100% Arabica. Sold as whole beans. This single origin has a great deal of versatility: we enjoy the cocoa-heavy, malted cereal character it gets as an oat flat white, or the surprising complexity it offers when drunk as an espresso or on cafetière. Tasting notes: Walnut and pecan’s nutty tang mingle with the warm sugars of maple syrup, and a bright red apple crispness. Toasted cacao nibs appear for the finale. Add milk for a comforting malted barley twist.
