Steps to Use

Troubleshooting

When the device stops working:

1. Please check if there is solution inside the medicine cup. The device cannot work if the cup is empty.

2. Please check if the battery level is low. Replace with 2 new size AA batteries if necessary.

3. The device may stop working when the outlet mesh is clogged by residual from previous use. Please detach the cup and soak it in vinegar solution for a few minutes. Reassemble the cup and fill in some vinegar solution(vinegar/water=1/3). Power on the device and it will start cleaning automatically.

4. The device may stop working when there are bubbles gathered around the outlet mesh. Please shake it a little bit and tilt to make sure the solution fully contact the outlet mesh.
