Inelastic by nature, Zinc Oxide Tan helps to restrict movement in joints which may be causing pain by immobilizing the joint. INDICATIONS If you want to tape weight-bearing or heavily stressed joints i.e. ankles, knees and shoulders. It's also a favourite with runners for blister prevention and plantar fascia support. DIRECTIONS Apply directly to clean, dry skin. Or apply directly above Fixation tape or Underwrap. Press the tape firmly into the skin, and wait at least 30 minutes before beginning exercise.
