The SF-BT013 Bluetooth transmitter/receiver does not support simultaneous transmit and receive functions.
This Bluetooth adapter does not have a microphone and does not support the use of a headset for online calls or meetings.
The digital optical audio source used for transmission must be set to PCM or stereo. Dolby/DTS input is not supported.
Not suitable for use with live music, musical instruments, karaoke.
Due to the general technical limitations of current Truly Wireless technology, it is not recommended to use two pairs of "true wireless earbuds" at the same time. Best used with "over-ear/over-ear headphones".
BT013 will remember the last two devices paired before, and automatically reconnect when they are within range. To stop the automatic reconnection, please long press the Bluetooth button for about 3 seconds to clear the pairing record.

Q: What should I do if I can't get the SF-BT013 Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver to pair with my Bluetooth headset or speaker?

A: Turn off the Bluetooth of all mobile phones or PCs in the house (make sure your headphones or speakers are not automatically paired with other devices during the SF-BT013 pairing process). When pairing for the first time, please ensure that the pairing distance is within 1 meter. If you still can't pair, please set both the SF-BT013 Bluetooth adapter and the Bluetooth headset or speaker to factory default settings. Restore the factory settings, press and hold the Bluetooth button for about 3 seconds, then enter the pairing mode, the red and blue lights flash, and pairing is normal.

Q:Why is there a sound delay when I use a Bluetooth adapter with a Bluetooth headset?

A:SF-BT013 uses SBC codec, there will be 70-200ms audio delay, which may be noticed by some users, this is normal Bluetooth delay state.

Q:Why does the volume +/- of my SF-BT013 not work in TX mode, but only in RX mode?

A:In TX mode, using the optical cable as the connected audio cable, if your device does not support the audio/video remote control profile, the volume +/- on the SF-BT013 may not work. Change the optical cable to an AUX 3.5 mm or RCA audio cable and the volume buttons will work.

Q:After the TV is connected to the SF-BT013, can my Bluetooth earphones or speakers sound at the same time as the TV's built-in speakers?

A:With many models of TVs, the built-in speakers may not work properly if you choose to use an external audio output device, this is a TV feature and its availability depends on your TV make and model.
