Apply a thin layer of Bluesky No Wipe Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds. Using your applicator provided, take a small amount of Chrome Powder onto the applicator and gently pat onto the nail. Use your applicator to rub the power over the nail until fully covered. Apply a final layer of Bluesky No Wipe Top Coat to finish.
