For Stove-Top: (10 min~)

Place water into a small saucepan and bring to simmer. While it heats add chicory either to a French press -or- to the pot with water.
When water comes to a boil, turn off the heat and pour it into the French press. Alternately allow the chicory root to steep in the pot. Steep for 5 minutes.
Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a mug. Sweeten and/or add something creamy, as desired; or drink black.
Enjoy your cup of Chicory Coffee!

For Moka Pot (Stovetop Espresso Maker): (6 min~)

Microwave or heat water in a pot to a simmer.
While the water is heating, add the desired amount of Chicory Root Powder to the Moka Pot.
Add any optional additions, and enjoy your cup of Chicory Coffee!

Preheat oven to 325ºF / 150ºC
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk with a hand mixer. Add salt to taste.
The batter will be extremely thick!
Melt 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet on stovetop.
Place batter into the cast iron skillet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
The brownies will appear wet and gooey but the cast iron skillet retains heat for a very long time and brownies will continue to cook.
Garnish with ice cream, chocolate syrup, or any topping you want!
